Please take a few moments to read Mr. Flotz's essay. In late February, he had submitted it to Village Council, hoping to draw them into a discussion where the problems could be dealt with in a positive manner. Unfortunately for Village residents; to date, he has been completely ignored by the Mayor Black and the Council.  24-Feb-04
