This page details the presentation the R.D. Harrell Company made to the Village Planning Board at the May 23, 2005 meeting. The company represented its purpose as only informational, as the project is still in the developmental stages.

 

Beginning with an aerial view of the site area, a closer look revealed one home development based on a lot density of 2 homes per acre or a zoning of R(20) and the patio home development on a R8 or R6 zoning district of 4 homes per acre. A large retail development will straddle Beulah Church, Potter Rd and Waxhaw Indian Trail Rd. According to the presentation, much of the intended development property must be purchased including the Baptist Church and homes along Beulah Church Rd.
